If you search XDTalk, you'll find that the Crossbreed Supertuck is the favored one.

I used a Gould and Goodrich high ride for my xd 9mm and it worked great. Rides high and close to the body.

Don Hume J.I.T. for OWB carry of my XD 9 SC AND my XD .45 Service. Inasmuch as I take up most (all) of the inside of my britches , an IWB holster is not in my immediate future.
Now that you've asked, I think I'll get a Don Hume J.I.T for my 1911's.

I've got a High Noon tuckable IWB that I think will work for a while. Pretty comfortable but think a Bullard Dual Carry is in the immediate future.

+1 for Crossbreed Supertuck....I use it for my M&P full size....also got a K&D thunderbird defender on order...should be here sometime around end of Feb.
Crossbreed is really comfy....and you can have it within about 2 weeks...and they have a 2 week try it out deal....you don't like it for any reason in those two weeks...you send it back for refund....no hassel...no sweat...not to mention great customer service.
I've heard Kevin with K&D is awesome......and everything I've seen of his is great...that's why I'm on the list...but in the meantime...my crossbreed is the answer...and it'll still get use even after the K&D arrives....it's that good....that practical!

I have an XD 40sc, which is about the same frame.
IWB I use the Comtac Minotaur slider, also allows my XD45 compact, which I carry more often than the XD40sc.
OWB I have a Tucker HF1, Tucker pancake, and an El Paso saddlery pancake.
all work fine.
