I usually carry either my Bersa .380 or Kel-Tec P-3AT in a Smartcarry holster. It's comfortable, and doesn't move around on me.

I never was able to figure out what or how to carry when running. Instead I took a folding knife and my dog. We then left for overseas so I haven't yet revisited this issue.
Thunderwear, smart carry, belly band and/or fanny packs are most often recommended. I've never tried them so I can't comment on how they wear for the run

I simply wear a pair of blue jean shorts, and wear my normal IWB holster.

5.11 Tee-shirt with something light-weight and dark-colored over it. Perhaps those nylon mesh things that would breakup the outline of the 5.11 shirt.
