Open carry in Texas?

Is there really a chance that Texas will become an open carry state?

There is always a chance but not likely at all in this session.

I would guess Texas will become an open carry state about the same time Obama becomes a hard core ak-47 fan.

It will be before that. The mighty merciful most benevolent maobama's reign of terror just might usher open carry along in Texas.

It was illegal for good guys to carry in Texas when Reagan and his Bush were President. We didn't get our CHL law until Clinton was President.

Glad to see someone else understands what is about to happen.. We are on the verge of a revolt. A revolt that involves arms and guns but is also very peaceful. Obama has already has done more to arm Americans than anyone since Abraham Lincoln and he hasn't even taken office yet. Obama has succeeded in doing something the NRA has failed to do. He has awakened American to their rights to bare and own firearms.. Look whats happening!! folks are buying guns and ammo like crazy. He's got folks like me who have sworn not to give the NRA a red cent to not only sign myself up but to sign my wife up also. Sam said "This might be the start of a beautiful friendship.:"

That is an excellent point, something I really hadn't given that much thought.
