Yes sir. And if you miss that one, there's one in Pasadena the following weekend.

Been to the one in Pasadena, it is much smaller and didn't have much to look at. The GRB will be very busy this weekend, I intend to get there early in the morning, I don't like the elbow to elbow crowds later in the day. ;-)

I was there at 945 and the line to get in was half a building long and there were people leaving already with several guns in hand.I bought a AR from SOG Armory and it took a 30 min. wait to check out and there was no ammo to be had anywhere.
I used to think my dad was wrong about everything but as I get older I realize that he was dead on

I was there at about 10-ish and the line had dwindled a bit, but it was still long(although it moved fairly fast). The place was a mad house.

Complaints:

1) Too many people on their cell phones oblivious to anything going on around them(same with drivers, but hey...)
2) Too many baby strollers, what the heck, get a babysitter or something
3) Table spacing should be increased(there's a dead space way out in left field and if they spaced it out a little more it'd be more pedestrian friendly).

...but I'm a crowd hater....so take that for what it's worth.

Thanks for the info Bevans, I feel better now about just turning around and heading back to the house when I saw that line. I got there about 10 am and the line was way beyond any I've stood in for anything for years. My only interest was ammo and I didn' expect to find much but thought maybe I could pick up some bulk even if at a crazy price. Glad I saw the line on the way in and did not invest $10 to park.

With apologies to the great Yogi Bera "Nobody goes to the GRB gunshows anymore they are way too crowded"

I got there about 9:15, there must have been at least a 100 people in front of me. When it got in front of the ticket windows it split into three lines out across three lanes of traffic. The cops had to come out and get everybody out of the lanes so that traffic could move.

+1, CainA agree with you on all points, plus all the women that seemed to have little interest in being there. Their husbands/boyfriends said, "let's go shopping" and they thought the mall. "rlol"

Thats how the "Wife-Unit" got me one time (See, I said one time!)...

She said, "Lets go to the Pasadena Convention center...They're having a show!"

WOO HOO!!! It was all I could do to throw her in the truck and break the land speed record down the Beltway to Fairmont and the Convention Center...

Turns out the "show" she meant was a "Craft's" show... :mad5 :banghead: :headscratch then I ended up :cryin :totap: "Fine YOU owe me!!!" :smilelol5:

Ain't married life grand!!! Full of compramise, compassion and...and...and...uhhh...help me out here... ;-)
