To tell you guys the truth, I'm biased; there's a double standard going on here.
While it's really easy to get rid of certain firearms from your collection in order to afford new ones; and try them out.
Is also very easy for someone with mental issues to just go into a gun show and pick up your AR-15 that you are carrying around with a for sale sign strapped to the 18" barrel.
Maybe if the state passed a bill in which only CHL holders would be able to deal. Who knows... I'm just thinking out loud
