i've noticed that the url listed in IE and Firefox does not change to the direct link of links i click on the forums. for instance, if i want to send a link to a friend, i have to go back to the thread view and right click, and copy link location, then send that to them.
is there a reason the url's where set this way? it's typcially a setting to be made on the web host.
url never gives direct link

Re: url never gives direct link
Here's a workaround. If you access the Forum through TexasShooting.com, all links as you traverse the Forum should show, fully-qualified, in your browser's address bar:
http://www.texasshooting.com/TexasCHL_Forum/index.php
Coming in through the friendlier URL of http://www.texaschlforum.com/ is just, well, more friendly.![Wink ;-)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
