Wow, this is news to me! I've carried on Grapevine Lake before, but I didn't use a Corp's of Engineers ramp. I guess it applies to the entire lake body though?
I also go to Ray Roberts alot, and have carried there as well. It's being leased to Texas Parks and Wildlife, but I'm guessing it still applies.
