We have all seen the little pink ribon pins. What about a camo ribon pin? Or maybe some other color?

How about "Are you a card-carrier?" or simply reaching with your left and touching your right ribs? Something simple. Maybe get the Bloods or Crips to invent a gang sign for us. (Kidding)

"Hoplophile or hoplophobe?"

I reckon >99% of all hoplophobes would be ignorant of the terms, especially when spoken, while there is a much greater chance that a hoplophile (gun owner or CHLer) will be familiar with these Cooperisms.

I like the Molon Labe idea.

You could get a lapel pin with the phrase "Molon Labe", written in Greek that could be worn in a lapel or on a hat.

Perhaps this pin, but without the gun in the middle? But then, even as I post this, I can tell you I would not likely wear a pin. I rarely wear a lapel pin anyway; only when I'm wearing my Texas flag pin with a suit.

Are You are still in college at U.T.? Forget about the gun stuff and concentrate on the sororities, I mean studies! Take it from me, you do not want to make a professor mad. I had to take Genetics twice because we had to write a term paper on the origin of life and I quoted the book of Genesis. He failed me...

The professor will have the quote read to him once again at some point in his future by Someone else.

Okay. That cracked me up. ;-)

I actually think "molon labe" would be too widely recognized to be an effective inner-circle sign. Folks have been reading Herodetus for a pretty long time, and the movie 300 didn't help.

That is, unless we paraphrase SnakeDoctor and use...wait for it...a picture of a mole standing on a levee: "mole on levee." :smilelol5:
