The anticipation is building boys! Come on out and support your firearms! So far the Glock guys seem to be extremely confident for victory, are the XD guys going to answer the call? :txflag:

I recently bought an XD SC. I let the guy at the gun store talk me out of a glock into the XD. I think the XD was more comfortable to hold than the Glock. However, I am now looking at trading it for a glock because the XD is much more bulky. It is heavier and wider, thus more difficult to conceal.

Just make sure to steer clear of those nasty Sigs. :)

You may want to include the S&W M&P series autos in your winnowing process. They're very fine guns with slim profiles and 3 sets of backstraps to adapt to any hand size. I find them very comfortable to shoot, and very reliable.

Another note on S&W M&P autos:

I like the trigger pull on these better than the Glock. However, the actions on some new guns seem to be much smoother than others. Some folks with more experience with them than I have advise that they smooth out nicely after breakin. If you like them, you might want to try several examples and pick the one with the best pull out of the box.

The M&P is a nice firearm. You can feel free to try out one of ours also if you would like. Take the Pepsi challenge with all 3 and see what works best for you! And don't be steer clear of the Sig's contrary to what some may say! Remember, higher price only hurts once! :txflag:
