My application was delivered to DPS on Mar21, 79 days later they tell me it hasn't been entered into the system yet.

I called DPS today and they said that my background check had cleared and my fingerprints had cleared so it sounds like I might be pretty close!! 
April 30, Packet delivered to DPS
May 7 Check cleared.
June 4 PIN# received
July 21 Heather at DPS said she was sending my license first thing in the morning!!!!!!!!
July 22 "Application completed-License issued or certificate active."
July 26 5:45p.m. Plastic in hand!!!
