AJC SPORTS usually always has the lowest price.

If Bachman, AJC and Schramm are all there, the prices should be pretty reasonable.

So far we've bought one pistol from Bachman and two from AJC (one at a gun show and one at their store in Clute).

Thanks all. I'll have to seek out those dealers if I can make it over there.

I just wanted to point out one minor mistake that could affect your plans. In 99% of the cases, you pay your money and the check comes back in a few minutes and you go. But, the NICS background check may not come back immediately. If there is any kind of potential problem with your record (sucha s a felon with a similar name), you could be turned down or delayed while they make sure. If they delay it, you coul dhave to wait three (or five, I don't rmemeber exactly) days to pick up the weapon, by which time the show is over and the vendors are gone.

sqShane wrote:Hi everyone, I'm a new member here. I have a quick question since it's been about 15 years since I purchased a gun at a gun show. Have the laws changed so that you cannot buy a gun and take it with when you leave? Or if I have valid ID, etc., can I fill out the paperwork and leave with the gun I purchased? I vaguely recall hearing that there was some waiting period, after which I assume they would ship the gun to a local FFL holder for you--if correct, that kind of blows any cost advantage out the door. Thanks.
Find someone selling a personal gun and no paperwork at all. buyer beware on that though...

I need to pick up some Wilson Combat mags for the Pro Carry II. My wife will be looking at gun belts.

Our economic stimulus check arrived yesterday, so targets of opportunity will also be in play.

Ruger LCP's are going for primo $$ at the shows. Lat one I saw was $429.00 but I guess you will pay that if you just have to have one today.

AJC Sports had them for $330 today. Saw them at another boot for $350.
