looking for a range in north dallas area

Post by melkor41 »

I am looking to find a range or club in the dallas area, perferibly the north side, that does not charge range fees. I am looking for one that lets you pay a flat membership, usually a few hundred a year, and shoot when you want. I have seen a few like that, but I do not know of any in this area. Any suggestions?

Try Dallas Pistol Club http://www.dallaspistolclub.com/ They only allow handgun and .22 rifles, no center-fire rifles, but there are no per-visit fees.

I'd like to find a Rifle range myself - that'd be a pretty sweet deal.

I believe that there is a Target Master on Jupiter north of 635 that has a rifle range open now.

as to range fees compared to membership availability I'm not sure how they work it there

Good Luck!

I recently "joined" Denton County Sports, I did so due to the open policy that your membership allows you to open the range, do your shooting and lock it up and leave. This fits my schedule perfectly. Worth a look..........
