So anyone do this on a regular basis that is on this board? mind an extra hunter thats a really good shot going with ya?
just let me know how to contact you and we will work out the details. Prefer 100 miles from Fort Worth or closer if possible. :txflag:

This fee based hunting property is overrun with wild hogs in the Sabine River bottom of East Texas.

Holy cow! $100 for the privilege of killing a hog after you've paid $250 just to be there for a day?

Since you are right there in Haslet, I would go by Cabela's and talk to the guys in the hunting department.

I know many of them live in the area, and I am sure someone has hogs that they would be delighted for you to come shoot at... for free.

Good luck to you!

might provide some more insight than what you may find here among predomintly "pistol people" ...

There are hogs in the tributary areas of both Lake Grapevine and Lewsiville, extended to year round now. I'd say he could tag along with me - but it's archery only, proof of hunter ed. required, no hunting after dark, ect. so some slim odds of coming out with a pig.

If you have the time, you can go to the feed stores in Glen Rose and rustle some feathers there. Word is that most of the farmers will let you hunt hogs for free around there.

Good Luck
