DWS, the more the merrier I would think. I'm not sure, but we're probably going after IDPA at PSC.
Would this be on Saturday or Sunday?

Sure...we can still go, I just can't buy anything else!
Not for yourself, but you can buy one for the little lady. Then if she's too busy to get to the range, you can shoot it for her. If have to do that for Martha all the time.

I was the ring leader on this one Charles, Since I realized that it would be awful for Kinny to miss this match I decided to go all by myself and buy the new gun, it really wasn't becasue I couldn't wait.
Thanks for covering for me. lol. You should come shoot with us, then we could all go to the gun show afterwards.
Go to the gun show guys, that's one of the few good excuses to miss the match. If Marc wouldn't put a contract out on me, I'd join you!

Charles, I agree that these actions would be that of a mature and caring husband. I have tried many times to convey this to Kimberly, but she still feels that I am selfish  with OUR guns.
I have told her many times that I would be more likely to consider them ours if she would pop the slide off of HERS and clean it after a trip to the range.
I am going to make a real attempt to at least come out and watch you guys shoot on the weekend of the show. Sounds like a fun day! Take care.

It's sitting on my desk here at work, later tonight or tomorrow I'll post a new picture.
What kind of work let you sit a pistol on your desk? I want that kind of job. Hook me up!

I work for a trucking company...You would be surprised at what I can get away with here

I think desert ironwood would be appropriate for a Desert Warrior, and that deep red and black wood would look great against the green finish.

I think I will leave the "Golf Ball" grips on them.....LOL

How do those grips feel? They look uncomfortable.

So far they feel pretty good, I guess I will know more after a day at the range. For the 1911's that I have I usually will buy some fancy grips that look really nice and then I usually end up taking them off and putting the factory rubber slim grips on...there ugly but to me they feel the best.

I shot a magazine off here at the office yesterday and was really impressed with the feel of this gun...I did not notice ANY recoil! She is pretty heavy out front so I guess that it what makes it feel so good.

I'm sure I'll end up at the indoor range in Humble on Saturday and kill a few hundred rounds to get a better feel for the gun.

Awesome! I will be happy if I get a job that lets me conceal carry. Letting it sit on the desk is not neccesary. lol. But I'll plan to be at PSC on the 25th.
