When you take the time out of your day to beat someone, it has a much longer lasting effect on their demeanor than simply shooting or tazing them.

Re: Introduce yourself
I am finally joining the forum after months of reading. I am a 21 year old college student in Dallas and do not yet hold my CHL. My roommate has his CHL and says its one of the smartest things hes done. I do keep an 870 express magnum for HD but now I have gotten to the point where I want to be able to defend myself outside the home as well. I look forward to learning more from the forum as I work towards getting my CHL.

Welcome Ace_InThe_O, it's about time you registered!
You've made a great decision to pursue getting a CHL, and the information and people on this forum are invaluable. Get that class completed soon so you can get the infamous wait out of the way. Those two months waiting for the plastic feel like forever!
