My wife got me this.

My pal works the gun counter at Cabela's in Buda and said those were THE hot sellers for Christmas. Places like McBride's, Sportsman's Finest, and even Academy have the Sigma listed anywhere from $300 - $365, while Cabela's was pushing it for $249.99.

Got mine at Academy for $299, S & W has a deal, if you buy one get 2 free magazines and a $50 rebate.

It does? I may just be too skeptical, but that sounds like a *really* far fetched scenario to me. If it's being pulled off though, I'd be interested in reading the details of exactly what the stories are, if anybody has links handy.
