Can we help

#1

Post by Supercat »

Over the last few years, the TexasCHLfoum and all the fine people within have become a sizable part of my life. I am wondering if I/we can help by donationg to the effort? Forgive me if this is already somewhere on the site (I did not see it). Please let me know if there is a method to give back to the Administrator (Mr. Cotton) and all the fine moderators that give so much of there time so we have this forum to talk and build friendships.

I just want to say thank you to all involved and have a great Holiday :patriot: :cheers2:

Charles suggested a way recently: Give gift memberships to the NRA and TSRA.

Thanks for the offer folks, but the cost of running the forum is very reasonable. If we ever get to the point where we're so big I need a server, then I may well be asking for donation, but we're a long way from that.

Thanks again,
Chas.

If it does get to that point I've had some good experiences w/ Layered Tech http://www.layeredtech.com/ if you want managed hosting. In the unlikely event you want dedicated w/ your own cabinet and are in Austin I would recommend Sun Gaurd. DataFoundry's not bad but they like to jack your rates on renewal.
