I logged on this morning and WOW, a whole fresh new look and so far, I like it...

Thanks for all the hard work you, as well as many, others, do on this forum!

Man, I go away for a few days and BOOM!

For a minute I thought someone pressed the button that said "Press only in case of emergency!"

I like the new look...emoticons are lined up there on the right...Love it!!!

Changing to subSilver2 puts everything (mostly) back where you're used to it.

I prefer subSilver2 because it doesn't have the needless large round space-wasting buttons. Then again, when I'm forced to use Windows, I switch to "Windows Classic" instead of the XP style. Bleccchh!

I like the new look. I'm still having trouble keeping logged in. I have to log in every visit. Not a big problem, more of an inconvience. :patriot:

Well it's not a big problem. I'm retired and some day's I spend a good amount of time piddlin on the computer and move from one site to another and back ect. It's just easier when you can stay logged in. But it ain't that big of a deal. I really like this site. It does give alot of very good info.

I do not have to log on each time. I only had to log on the first time after the upgrade.

Try deleting your browser's cookies for the site, and then logging in again. I'd be willing to bet that will get you back to business as usual.

Ok I take that back.
I don't like anything at all about this new look..its too big and hard to read posts. The index especially is hard to tell what is unread. Its just less user friendly than others and than it was before.

Go to the User Control Panel. Click Board Preferences on the left side. Change the board style to subsilver2. It is very close to the previous version.
