It's just me, i cannot speak for anybody else. I do not negotiate with anybody who threatens me or my loved ones.
G.C.Montgomery wrote:I think I get where you are coming from, Stupid. I can't argue against it. But let me ask you this...If your loved ones were in a store without you and a scenario such as that described by the OP presented itself, how would you want a CHL holder to react? Lets get specific and say this "child" is threatening your spouse and/or child with a firearm. Do you want any CHL holder present to stand quietly by and let things take their natural course? Or would you prefer the CHL holder stop the threat?
Please help the wounded store owner who fought off 3 robbers. He doesn't have medical insurance.

I understand that you cannot speak for anyone else but, you did not answer the question.
When you take the time out of your day to beat someone, it has a much longer lasting effect on their demeanor than simply shooting or tazing them.

Another possible question is would you let my wife die at the hands of a 12 year old?

Wildscar: yes, thanks.
Gary: agreed, definitely. Here is the place to talk about the how and the why, not the street!
I see your point about the "sociopath." not much you can do with them, that I know of.

If he's a threat with a gun, yes of course. But as the saying goes: "You just don't lead him that much"

Absolutely...

I don't shoot to kill...I shoot to stay alive.
To err is human.
To forgive is divine.
Neither of which is Marine Corps policy.
