If she's too scared to do her job, then she should step down. If she cowers before the communists and their threats, she shouldn't be on the court. I'm sure Trump has someone on his potential SCOTUS list to replace her.

Seems if there is no documentation of the President authorizing the auto pen to be used on a certain document, the President could be right. Obama used an auto pen to sign a bill, when he was in Hawaii avoiding a long plane flight. But he authorized its particular use. Brandon on the other hand doesn’t remember anything he did, because he didn’t do it.
