So, this is the communist left worrying about cops that get fired getting rehired. Their definition of "bad cop" is not completely in line with mine.

Bad cop registry already exists. It is called The Brady List.
Like anything that relies on the integrity of those using it, it is subject to abuse. I'm sure there oare cops on the list who shouldn't be, and cops not on the list that should be.

I guess I was too subtle in the question. Imagine a list curated by (who knows???) that lists constitutional sheriffs vs communist sheriffs.
