Anyone who worked for the former president is a Semi-Fascist. Biden said so.
Therefore, any action against them is legal.
They have no rights.
They are Semi-Fascists.
This is what banana republics do.

New York Attorney General files fraud lawsuit against Trump family and his company. Civil not criminal I assume.

If this is like the previous comments that were made the fraud is that he represented to the property tax appraisal people that his properties were worth less than he represented to lenders when he borrowed money against them.

Kind of like asking more for your house than it is appraised for when you put it up for sale.

Criminal referral to IRS.

Trump sues CNN for almost 1/2 a billion for defamation.

Hard to prove for a celebrity.

But comparing you to Hitler probably crosses that line.

This is to me the most damaging thing someone has said about Trump. Comes from Kelly his chief of staff.

This is a CNN story naturally.

He wanted the IRS to audit The two FBI guys Andrew McCabe and James Comey.

What proof, well apparently they were both audited.

Pence book comes out. He’s making the rounds bashing Trump.

Says he endangered his life with his Jan 6 tweets.

Not a good week to say he’s running for President.

This is very damaging to Trump, if you accept it without question. There is a glaring hole in this story that I cannot believe was left there, other than from malice.

What were the results of the audits? If both audits revealed problems and collected money for the government, then Trump was right and the audits were justified. Even if only one audit did recover money, then it must be assumed Trump knew something other than they were "writing bad things about him" and the audits were justified. If neither audit revealed any problems and nothing was there to recover money for, then Trump was wrong and you can assume he did it for political reasons, as alleged.

And the fact that there was no mention of the results of the two audits leads me to think, considering the source of the article, that it was done specifically to malign Trump, even though he was right and the audits were justified. Another point is that there is nothing in the article that even claims Trump did anything about his desire. Did he call the IRS? did he send something to the IRS? Or did the IRS select the two on their own? The article points out that the odds are pretty low that a person will be selected for an audit but does not mention that there are certain warning flags the IRS uses to help trigger an audit. If something was wrong in the returns, it is much more likely that they both ran afoul of one of the flag trigger points.

A few comments/questions
What's the deal? I've watched murder mysteries on TV. So, I must be an expert. How does Federal Law Enforcement keep getting the Attorney/Client records of these Lawyers? Are there special rules if the client is Donald J. Trump?

Among the Many Goals I have in life, are to NEVER need a criminal defense lawyer but if I ever did need one. I don't want my Attorney / Client communications in the hands of law enforcement. "THEY" seem to hate Trump so much they are willing to bend/break the constitution and the law to try to "Get Him".

With both two previous post in mind.

Anyone will wither under unrelenting investigations.

Trump was under investigation and prosecution his entire time in office and after.

If your an outsider like he was, why would anyone else want to run for President.

A weaker person would have resigned, Trump still hangs in there.

His associates have been pulverized. If he called up and offered you a job, would you take it?

Anyone now days if investigated enough will find a crime they committed.

If your audited I figure they will search hard enough to find something, just so it looks like they are doing their jobs.

No. I would not take the job.
- I am happily retired
- I could not afford the legal fees
