I am not surprised. The guy should not have even had a license. Now there are innocent people dead because of him. Lock him up and lose the keys.

That's a terrible situation, that's why when I purchased my Harley Breakout I had them install shorty pipes with no baffles. The guy said well your warranty will be voided told him so what its about saftey on the road. While riding you can hear me coming from behind at least 50yds away, so no excuses. LOUD pipes save lives!
