I will agree with you as well. If you wind up facing a jury, you will judged by idiots who know nothing about guns or gun laws, and will find it perfectly reasonable that a gunbuster sign intent is clear.
I will have a grand old time representing myself “pro-se” at a class C misdemeanor JP court jury trial. I just hope that the Justice of the peace will tell the county attorney what a waste of time it is to take a $200 no jail ticket to a jury trial when they can’t even refute my defense to prosecution.
