Someone posted $1000 cash bail for him just before the attack. His record shows multiple felony charges:

Saw a report this morning that he was fleeing another incident which tracks with him not hitting anyone until it became too crowded. So, bailed out, immediately does crime, and then escalates it while fleeing.

Fox News live right now reporting 10 of the 18 children who were hospitalized are in intensive care; 6 of those are in critical condition. Number of confirmed dead still at 5, 40 injured. Fox is the first major media source that I've seen post a photo of the "person of interest." Most MSM outlets reacted with a knee-jerk reaction that this might be an act by an extremist...and you know what kind of extremist they meant. Not Antifa, not religious radicals, and not BLM.

Wisconsin Parade Massacre Suspect Convicted for Impregnating Teen Girl

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office in Nevada confirmed that they have an active warrant out on Brooks for his noncompliance with sex offender laws. According to the sheriff’s office, Brooks impregnated a 15-year-old girl and was sentenced to probation.

Brooks was subsequently arrested for not complying with sex offender laws in 2016 but skipped out on his bail in the case and did not appear in Nevada criminal court.

As Breitbart News reported, Brooks has an extensive criminal history. Weeks ago, for instance, Brooks was arrested in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, for allegedly running over a woman in a gas station parking lot following a fight the two had.

Days later, Brooks was allowed to post a $1,000 bail and was released from jail...
