TX man shoots man in car in his driveway

Not much in the way of facts in this story but how it's described doesn't sound good. Not explicetly stated but shooting an unkown person in a car in your driveway...that doesn't sound the same as someone breaking into my house. Of course there is the statement of "he pointed a gun" but seems no gun was found. This sounds like more info is needed however with just the statement of the shooter giving a reason sounds like he may not be in good shape.
