Wow.

The person responsible for this hot mess is the person who drove her to the range, and the range and the RSO and and and...

I call a soundtrack that came from somewhere other than the video. I think Mr. Urban Gun Reviews spiced things up a bit with creative editing.

As far as I know there is only one GRITR range and that is in NRH, the old TSS.

This is exactly why I give all new shooters a mag with only one round (assuming an empty chamber) until they are comfortable / have shown they won't do incredibly stupid things like this. I also make my kids / wife recite the 4 gun safety rules and explain their meaning before every trip to the range.

In the range's defense it looks like an RSO was standing right behind this lady. It would have been better if the RSO was literally in arms reach, though.

ALWAYS a Barney mag for a first time shooter, and whenever I'm getting them to take a step up (e.g. .22 to 9mm or 9mm to .45)
Your best option for personal security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.
When those fail, aim for center mass.
