The sad thing is that these terrorists are OK with it as long as they can blame Israel and get the hearts and minds of people.

Yup. The press will take pictures of the self-inflicted damage and blame the Israelis.

So I looked at Google satellite imagery of Gaza.

There is plenty of vacant farm land near the border of Gaza to launch their offensive rockets from, so if there was a problem, they would still land in Israel or on unoccupied land.

My understanding is that their rockets are launched from within the city centers.

This would be like if we had our missile silos in downtown New York City rather than in the cornfields of Nebraska.

Quite a different strategy than here in America.

I am surprised the MSM does not point this out every time they talk about Palestinian casualties.

It is a common practice for Islamic extremists to use human shields to protect themselves. They have done this for years. The level of depravity in Islamic extremist culture has no limits in achieving it's goal of eliminating the "infidel".

Yep. Schools, hospitals, and mosques are favorite locations for shielding their military operations. And yet, from two hours ago: https://abc13.com/demonstrators-break-t ... /10678806/: "Hundreds of people blocked streets Saturday as a rally in support of Palestine continued in west Houston. The 'Houston Stands with Palestine' rally got underway Saturday afternoon at Post Oak and Westheimer [the heart of Houston's Galleria area] and later turned tense as the crowd began yelling that they wanted to march down the street. Protestors broke through a barrier set up on the street, according to witnesses on scene."

And the current spate of Democrats have done a 180 degree flip from the party stance on Israel and anti-Semitism from years ago. It must be because Trump was pro-Israel. The only upside to that flip is that Chuck Schumer, who has always been pro-Israel, has to be silent on the matter and must be greatly confused about his party and his standing in it. And Biden just continues to be the puppet of the progressive left and the puppeteers yanking his strings (I'm convinced Rice is one, but I think there's small collective running the White House). Biden hasn't had an original thought since the Obama administration...if then.
