Student has a .13 GPA his senior year. Has only passed 3 courses in his last four years. Mom just found out he has to start again in the 9th grade.

Passed 3 classes in 4 years. 0.13 GPA and he ranks in the top half of his class. No wonder Baltimore is in trouble. In Houston, I have personally seen with my own eyes an entire High School class including the teacher asleep in class during the day.
