Re: DC: Penetrating the Capital
and to piggie back, how can you be trespassing if capitol police opened the LARGE security doors and led you in for a tour. the one video if the police motioning for the "group" to follow him up the steps is pretty dammmingSoccerdad1995 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 30, 2021 1:27 pm I've only been to the US Capitol a few times, but I honestly can't recall seeing any "No Trespassing" signs. I remember getting irritated when some guys in suits (undercover LEO's of some type) told me to get off the steps of the Senate building. I was mad specifically because there was no signage that I could see anywhere in that area, and they were pretty rude about it.
So the question is how do you convict someone for trespassing if they walked through an open door (like the majority of these folks did), and did not pass any signage or any security telling them that they could not go into a building? Especially when it is widely known that parts of alot of government buildings in DC are open to the public.
This may be why there is a rush to settle these cases for a slap on the wrist.

Of the 5 people who died. The cause of death of 4 were released.
Not the police officer, because that is political and shall never be known.
3 of the deaths were accidental.
1 was murder by a person known, but who shall remain unknown because that is political.
I believe all the dead were Trump supporters.

Re: DC: Penetrating the Capital
I understand Portland as Team Biden is getting their street thugs released for their vital service to the Democrat cause during the election, but how in the world are so many non-violent people being held in solitary without bail? That appears to be blatantly unconstitutional?philip964 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 2:14 pm https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politi ... r-n1264082

I guess when Biden & his paymasters were staging a coup against Trump, that truth was the first casualty. Without that lie, the whole "insurrection" narrative fails. Somebody needs to get fired/sued for manufacturing that lynch-pin lie because lots of badness came from it.philip964 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 23, 2021 12:28 pm https://justthenews.com/government/cong ... sreporting

Parents of Ashli Babbit will file civil charges over violation of her constitutional rights.
Am I the only one who thinks the office had his finger on the trigger and had a negligent discharge? Or was it just murder?

I hope they win. When the shooting occurred, I said to hold off on judging the officer. There are different rules of engagement for them, especially if they are protecting certain VIPs or areas that are designated as vital to national security. It would not surprise me that Pelosi's office was so designated or she was if she was still in there.philip964 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 7:15 pm https://www.bizpacreview.com/2021/04/26 ... s-1065704/

As time went by and they tried to hide the shooting, refused to name the officer, and refused to say how it was justified, I came to the conclusion that the officer must have been wrong and there was a coverup going on. Ms. Babbit certainly deserved better than that.
