Among other things I sell U-Haul boxes and packing paper. About 2 weeks ago I goofed and left the front door unlocked when I went to lunch. When I came back there was a $20 and a note on the counter from one of my customers saying that she had grabbed a box of wrapping paper and a couple boxes and to call and let her know if the 20 wasn’t enough for them. I actually owe her about three dollars, Been waiting for her to come back by so I could pay her back.

I did something similar to her but at a 7-11. I left a five for a large cup of coffee. I had stood there at the counter for about five minutes and had to go. I get to my van and this Karen comes running out screaming at me to pay for my coffee. I told her that the five bucks laying on the counter should cover it. Her response was...OH, that was yours? I was the only person in the store. Did she think the tooth fairy dropped by? I actually considered going back in and asking for my change but like I said, was in a hurry.
