3.6 Liter Oil Cooler

#1

Post by kayt00 »

Trying to find an OEM oil cooler for a 2016 Ram 1500. It's on backorder through NAPA and even the dealership said it's backordered and they have a handful of vehicles needing them replaced. Anybody have a reputable source that's not Amazon?

I would do a Google search for genuine Mopar parts and see what comes up. I have dealers out of state I used for Honda, Subaru, Toyota and Kawasaki parts. They are all genuine factory parts just from dealers that sell online to increase their sales. I have bought off Ebay from actual dealerships too.

Links not working but if it's a plastic dealy with an aluminum block on top of it, yes. I saw it there, I just have a hard time putting faith in Amazon auto parts that are critical to the life of the engine and circulating oil and coolant through them.

i buy oil filters, fuel filters and all kinds of branded items for our rv from amazon. free shipping beats most and its same exact filters i can get at freightliner or cummins. i have found the same place i bought them before, on their website also have an amazon presence and bam get free shipping :rules:
yes i always check the vendor if its to good to be true

As it turns out there is a new style and an old style. The old style is what I think is popping up on Amazon since it's not showing as compatible.

2016 Ram 1500 slt quad cab, 4x4, 3.6 liter if anybody gets bored.
