He’s not a swing vote, but a Liberal anti constitutionalist.

Yeah, Roberts is a supreme disappointment. Gorsuch was on fire in his opinion and he took aim at Gov. Cuomo and Roberts:

One of my favorite lines by Gorsuch in the above article (emphasis mine):
