Dillon 650 / Swage It

I finished loading my lot of 4k 9mm that had been processed with Swage It and noted a huge improvement in positive primer insertion with approx 4 out of 1k failure to seat

Mr. Tom, I'm still not sure if it is worth the added prep time though...

For 9MM
It's not worth the extra prep time.

I think I have to Swage the crimp from .223
So,
I did the 9mm as practice

The Swage It was a lot of processing for 9MM. I still had a 'failure to prime' of 2% to 5%. I gave up counting.

While working through the results from the Swage It, I ordered Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Case Trim and Prep System. I've been reloading a long time and have more tools than I knew.

I found a Hornady Primer Reamer Small that replaced the primer pocket cleaner on the Frankford.
I found a small primer Go/No Go gauge.
I found a Lyman E-Zee Cas Length Gauge

I am beginning the process of trimming the ammo can of .223. I am checking the size with the gauges after processing. It's taking about 20 seconds per stick of brass. I've only done 20 to 50. Speed should improve as I practice.

Current Plans:
Process a couple of hundred sticks of .223 on the Frankford then load them on the Dillon 650
Test fire at the range over a Chrono. (I've got to work up a load as well.)
If all goes well, process the rest of my .223 brass. (A couple of thousand sticks).
Load until, I run out of bullets, brass, powder, or primers.
Put it "Manly Tupperware" for storage.
Put the Swage It in my "Old Holster" drawer.
