I’m not sure where he caught Covid-19. The photo shows him not social distancing and not wearing a mask at a Trump rally. He was not a mask supporter.

And one of my heroes. He fought colon cancer for years and his immune system was compromised. Saying he died from WuFlu is a bit misleading.

Re: RIP Herman Cain
Saw the news earlier today. His grounded and sane voice will be missed.
And...no surprise. The ABC Evening News just aired a segment about Cain's death, and they spent about 10 seconds on his achievements, 10 seconds talking about how his presidential bid was "derailed by sexual misconduct allegations," and two minutes talking about the Trump rally, how foolish it was, and masks.
So they devolved the man's passing into an anti-Trump piece.

Re: RIP Herman Cain
A mask would not have prevented him from getting it. The "authorities" claim the mask is to help reduce the chances that someone who has it, will spread it.

Re: RIP Herman Cain
It seems the face touching one is the hardest to do. My work forces me to be out and about just about every day most of the day. I can't tell you how many people I see playing with their masks and face. They will walk around a store touching everything they can and then "adjust" their mask in between. The mask thing is nothing more than a blanket to a 3 year old. Comforting but useless.People act like they have just put on a superman cape.Beiruty wrote: ↑Thu Jul 30, 2020 10:22 pm1) I do not go to indoor parties03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Thu Jul 30, 2020 7:36 pmA mask would not have prevented him from getting it. IMHO, I feel the the best chances of staying covid free are washing hands, maintaining some distance between yourself and others and stay away from large crowds.
We go into several customers homes every day. It seems almost none of them are wearing a mask. Some will put one on after seeing we are wearing one. I bet I have had to ask at least one customer a day to back away from me. They love to lean over my shoulder to watch me work on their AC unit. A few I have had to get a bit testy with. Some don't get the program at all.
