Once private equity investors get a hold on a business, it is in danger. They are in it for the short term profit, not the success of the business

Seems to be a theme with gun manufacturers. I believe that there are those that want to shut them down and have found that by buying them or a controlling interest, they can run the company in the ground internally while personally profiting from the down fall.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.
