Employees stole guns from incoming packages.

I remember a story from long ago about a USA coin company that changed their return address to USA Washer Co. And their thefts went to zero.

Breach of trust? Criminal conspiracy?

Sounds like they are already plea bargaining down. I thought theft of a firearm(s) and selling them illegally was a felony, no?
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

It's been a few years, but I received several small packages from Kimber. They said they came from "Elvis".
