My main carry weapons have changed once more! I traded up a few times and have graduated to my new beauties. A Colt King Cobra .357 revolver, and a Smith & Wesson M29, both in leather OWB holsters with speed loaders. The .44 conceals surprisingly well, and I carry my own hand-loaded hollowpoints.

I only have one primary ever day carry. I bought my first pistol, a Tanfoglio BTA90, in 2013, 1 month after getting my CHL. I replaced it in 2017 with my S&W M&P M2.0 9mm 5inch 17+1. Only changes from stock are Dawson Precision Charger fiber optic sights and I replaced the external thumb safety with S&W frame plugs. I carry it openly in its Safariland 7TS ALS with Guard and QLS on a Titan Nexbelt. Unless you are familiar with the Safariland ALS, you may not recognize this as a Safariland Level II retention holster.

Also, 2 spare magazines loaded 16 each, POM OC, Streamlight PolyTac X USB, folder, and IFAK.

I carry the Ruger SP101 in a handy dashboard compartment whenever we leave the house.

I've played around with their 320 grip. How do you like that bubble/swell on the 365 grip?

My EDC changed from October of 2019. Now running a 320 Pro Carry RXP with a Wilson Combat grip module and a Gray guns competition trigger.

I'm consistent only in my inconsistency.

I like it a lot. The bubble/swell fills out my palm really well so that it gives quite a nice ergonomic feeling. Shooting it is quite comfortable. :fire

Ever think about swapping out the stock takedown lever for the one from Armory Craft?

I was just recently made aware of the Armory Craft offering. But, I'm running what is now a hard to find Sig gen 1 takedown lever. Looking at the Armory Craft lever I think that was what they aiming for, with a bit of exaggeration. The Sig gen 2 lever is the flat version most people know now.

Here is my current carry - Kahr CT380 / Vedder's Lighttuck Kydex IWB. I actually bought this pistol for my daughter but she had trouble racking the slide and with the slide release.

Here's my previous - Kahr PM9 with night sights / Vedder's Lighttuck Kydex IWB. Not much bigger than CT380 but thicker and heavier.

This is one that I’ve always wanted. Been carrying it a lot and I have to say that I love it. I had a PPQ that was a fantastic handgun, one that I shot better than any other. I could not get used to carrying it with its wonderful trigger. It gave me the Heeebie-jeebies. With the P99 I have the same basic feel but can carry it in double action. I put the excellent Trijicon HD’s on it and I am loving it.

(Oh and I love the way it looks too.)

High five, Surfer! My EDC is a P99AS, too. Great gun. Short reset, can almost fire it like full auto. VERY natural one-handed point shooter. Has never failed in about 1500 rounds. I carry it with 10 rounds (9+1), which dramatically helps with the weight (I don't like heavy carry guns), IWB @ 2:30. Only thing I don't like is the plastic front sight: one corner keeps wearing off. Not a big deal; inside 15-20 yards I dont need it anyway.

You may just need a set of these...

Trijicon HD’s. I absolutely love them. If I’m carrying full size, the P99 gets the nod. It is probably the most underrated gun ever. It’s good to hear about others in the “club.”
