A 13-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl were hit in the thigh and forearm, authorities said. A third child was grazed by a bullet.

Investigators found nine spent shell casings from a 9 mm gun at the scene, along with two fired brass bullet rounds.

If you have a problem with kids throwing snowballs at your car, try to have a conversation with their parents. I just cannot process why someone would react like this.

Wow! This is really horrible. That guy needs to be locked up for a long time. He obviously has a very serious anger issue.

What's a "brass bullet round"?
Government, like fire is a dangerous servant and a fearful master
If you ain't paranoid you ain't paying attention
Don't fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war let it begin here- John Parker

I don't understand what goes thru a persons mind to do something like this. Agree with the anger issue comment above but this goes beyond that. It's just not rational thinking. Sure the left will come out and say "see another reason to make guns illegal" so what's next? run them over with his car? No this kind of behavior needs to be addressed.

I agree the shooters action is over the top, However, I have been on the receiving end of a golf-ball sized rock hitting the windshield at freeway speed. My first impression was a gun shot, but then noticed the rock slide down the windshield. Only my Ray-ban Aviator sunglasses saved my eyes for the glass fragments from the back side of the glass. I climbed a steep bank to see were it came from and discovered a school was at the top and maybe 15-20 kids scattered off the sidewalk into the school. More than likely they knew what had happened and I should have marched to the principles office and had a talk with the front office. I just shined it on and left.

My point is the kids were just as wrong to throw "anything" at a moving vehicle. Serious injuries and death have occurred and having a talk with the parents seems like not enough 'intervention' while the shooter went way to far. When you are on the receiving end of serious injury or death you see a situation "differently". Its not how fast the snowball is throw, its how fast the car is going when it intercepts the path.

Carson was arrested by Oak Creek police on Jan. 12, the complaint states, after he fled from officers and was found to be driving under the influence.
