A) He sounds like an emotionally unstable person who should not be in charge of public safety.
B) He thinks he's a dictator ("not interested in your views").

And C) There are those pesky little things that Art ignores called the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Have we mentioned he ran over and broke the leg of a pedestrian ( a lawyer ) in a cross walk walking with the light, in the daytime in downtown Houston, in a city of Houston car, while on duty and the lights and siren were not on. He was not ticketed, did not get a breathalyzer test and did not lose his job.
