RBG in the hospital with chills and fever.
Expected to be out tomorrow.
She is in my prayers.
She likes Kavanaugh.
Elderly can do what is known as bouncing. A week in the hospital a week out.
Another thing I learned. Your conditions can add up.
When it reaches 3, it is not good.
Men have it easier. Our hearts give out.

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
It is becoming obvious she is not gonna make it till the end of 2020. It will be interesting to see if leftists try to make us wait for new pick until after Trump is re-elected.

The Republicans certainly can't complain if they try. Wether she retires or dies in her robes, Trump will nominate her replacement and Mitch McConnell will push that through Senate Confirmation process over the top of Democrat objection!srothstein wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 10:17 amThe Republicans certainly can't complain if they try. Simple majority to bring it to the vote or does it require 60?crazy2medic wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 11:25 amWether she retires or dies in her robes, Trump will nominate her replacement and Mitch McConnell will push that through Senate Confirmation process over the top of Democrat objection!srothstein wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 10:17 amThe Republicans certainly can't complain if they try. A simple majority for now. Republicans may regret that at some point in the future....LOL.philip964 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 11:36 amSimple majority to bring it to the vote or does it require 60?crazy2medic wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 11:25 amWether she retires or dies in her robes, Trump will nominate her replacement and Mitch McConnell will push that through Senate Confirmation process over the top of Democrat objection!srothstein wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 10:17 amThe Republicans certainly can't complain if they try. It was the Dim-o-craps that changed the rule back when Barry was president. They regretted it after Trump was elected.03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 1:55 pmA simple majority for now. Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
True, but that does not change the fact that what comes around goes around. What will be really interesting is when the Dums try to bring up that the nomination to supreme court should wait until after the elections. I hope Republicans laugh in their sorry faces.Pawpaw wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 2:08 pmIt was the Dim-o-craps that changed the rule back when Barry was president. Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
My understanding, and I could be wrong, was that the Democrats changed the nomination rules for everything other than SCOTUS and the Republicans changed it for that.03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 2:35 pmTrue, but that does not change the fact that what comes around goes around. But, as Crazy2medic said, there is truly little doubt that the Republicans will ram through the nomination over the Democrats objections. I was just pointing out that they will object for the same grounds the Republicans did and it would be unfair of the Republicans to complain about it.
I think this is an example of how to grow the divide in the country, and it will hurt the country as a whole more than either party (hopefully) intends.

Re: Today in Trump's new term as President
I am not sure how much more the divide can grow. With the leftists making sordid attempts at over turning the 2016 election for the past three years and the whack job leftists attempting to destroy our country, it is about on the verge of total chaos as it is. To be honest, I am so fed up with the alphabet people expecting extra special rights above everyone else and the attempts at destroying free speech with labels, I am about ready to start busting some heads. I sure hope the Republicans force one through. Democrats be darned in my humble opinion. They are all out of their minds anyway.srothstein wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 3:37 pmMy understanding, and I could be wrong, was that the Democrats changed the nomination rules for everything other than SCOTUS and the Republicans changed it for that.03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 2:35 pmTrue, but that does not change the fact that what comes around goes around. What is scaring the Demorats? How about the fact that the DNC is 7 million in debt and the RNC has 61.1 million in surplus, people are voting with their dollars and the dems are scared!
