New San Fransisco BART elevator attendants prevent the use of the elevator as a toilet. Signs didn't work. The guy's job is to be inside a two stop elevator and keep it clean.

While back I read how Singapore had laws for everything and that they had long jail terms for urinating in an elevator, and I wondered why would you even need a law for that. Well now I know.

Does it define "Necessary" ?
Like you can't use deadly force unless deadly force as been applied by the suspect? I get the feeling this will either A. Get a LEO killed or B. Get a LEO prosecuted

This law is nuts. A person can kill you with a darned rock. Every time a criminal gets shot now, there will be a debate over whether or not the criminal had the ability to kill the officer.

Next thing you know they will require the Police only use equal force. Suspect has a knife, cops can only use a knife.
