Man fires 30 rounds at a Bass Pro Shop. Puts on bullet resistant vest when he saw police officers. Raised a cane at them as they approached.

Being mentally evaluated. Not sure if he hurt anyone.

More. No one hurt. Found ten guns at home in addition to the 3 he fired at the scene. Plus 1000 rounds of ammunition at home. May have been a collector. Seems light on ammunition for that many guns. Fired at the building. May not have been wanting to hurt anyone. No telling.
