Out on bond for capital murder charge? What in the world are people in the Harris County judicial system thinking? :banghead:

How did he make bind, what was the amount $100.00?
But I'm sure he is just a misunderstood youth, who is trying to turn his life around. He just needed a car to get to his anger management session.

I have access to the court docket records. His bond was $100,000.00 which was then cancelled. He bail bondsman cancelled the bond and asked the court to issue a warrant for his arrest because he was in the Hidalgo County Jail on a probation violation. Then the court reinstated his bail on June 20th after there was evidence that he has a mental defect. Now he pistol-whipped the woman.

So since he had a mental defect, it's ok to turn him loose? I know what my defense will be if I'm ever arrested, in Harris County. But it sounds like it has infected everyone from the police chief, to the DA, and the judges. I may not be able to act defective enough.

The question in my mind is what is it about getting a face tat that causes people to commit crimes? If we could figure out that question a face tat may not be so dangerous. ;-)

My uncle was in Vietnam and he had what looked to be a tear drop under his left eye. I think he might have tryed to remove it some many years ago but still can see a little ink there. He has his Ltc and man guns plus he is a good guy. Must of been bad/rough in that war!

Yo why is my bond so high?

The woman died, and you have face tattoos.

Reminds me of a young lady who worked in a Pizza Hut in Austin several years back. I ran into her often when I went there on my lunch break. Her head was shaved absolutely slick as a cue ball. On top of her head was a very detailed, color tattoo of a commode, looking down into the bowl. The caption under it read, "sh** for brains." I wonder what happened to her, she was actually a very nice, sweet kid. You wonder what some people go through to make them like that.
