“Just inside the front door, two teeth sit in a dried puddle of blood. Embedded in the walls and floor are bullets that were never removed.”

Family hired, former NCIS agent inspects house and finds no evidence Tuttles fired at officers.

“The initial bullet trajectories appear to be somewhat contradictory,” said Louisiana-based attorney Chuck Bourque, who is also representing the Nicholas family. “We see no evidence that anybody inside the house was firing toward the door.”

Dog was fifteen feet from front door when it was murdered. Shotgun shell still laying on the floor at front door.

Lots of evidence not collected.

“That’s the whole point of forensic scene documentation. That’s the basic check on people just making stuff up.”

Evidence police fired through walls outside house 1 foot away from the front door.

Evidence of drug use left behind.

Texas Rangers and City of Houston invited to attend their examination of the house but both declined.

No one in the government wants to acknowledge the truth of what happened.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Apparently the lawyer the family has hired is really good.

His problem is sovereign immunity. It’s capped at $250,000 for the city.

There are ways around it. I’ll let any attorneys suggest ways.

Sovereign immunity is an oxymoron.

Did I miss something that told us which officers were hit by which guns? Or has that also not been released yet?
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

The police have completed their investigation.

It has not been released.

They released the house to the family.

The family has hired a very competent attorney.

His forensic team has been through the house and reports to the media have said the police investigation of the crime scene was not complete with much evidence left behind.

They made a statement that they did not find evidence that either of the murdered homeowners fired a gun.

They also said the dog was 15 feet from the front door when their family pet was murdered.

No one has been indicted.

Two officers have retired.

All injured officers are out of the hospital.

The narcotics head has been reassigned to head the airport.

The mayor is running for re-election

The FBI is investigating.

The Texas Rangers has not been invited to investigate.

The races of the police officers involved has not been released, but the murdered couple is white.

User levels of drugs were found in the home. The woman had cancer.

We wait for answers. Hopefully before the election.

The DA wants answers from the police. They are tired of waiting. They have been given a deadline.

Meanwhile Art has been publicly waging a war against the DA’s office for lenient sentences for criminals who get out too soon and are getting in gun fights with his officers.

If Art can't give answers to the DA, perhaps he needs a new job.

This incident is beyond outrageous. The Chief has to be fired a long time. FBI should clean up Houston Corrupt PD.
