This seems to be making a lot of news.
Not sure why, she grabbed the police officers tazer after resisting arrest, and shot him with it.
Apparently the officers body cam confirms what happened.
Woman apparently had a lot of issues and was being arrested on outstanding warrants.
Oh, White Officer, privileged criminal.

It looks like the officer was justified, butI look at things from an industrial safety perspective. All incidents like this should be investigated. The more serious incidents need to be looked at by an independent party. It's not just about assigning blame, but fine tuning training and SOPs. Could this have been handled better? Hindsight and review is what makes us better. I just wish the shooting of the couple in Houston would have used a third party investigation. But corruption hates sunlight and transparency.

This looks like a good shoot so the Texas Rangers will investigate.
The Goines murders look like bad shoots so the Texas Rangers will stand by idly while the killers and their co-conspirators tamper with evidence, suborn perjury, and otherwise cover up their high crimes.
Does that sound about right?

Al Sharpton comes to Houston to honor woman killed by officer after she fought with officer and shot him in the groin with his taser.
Attorney for relatives have had their own autopsy, it showed she had been shot.
We find out the officer wasn't white.

I wonder what it says about our legal and political system when the Rangers are sent to investigate a case like this but not the murder of Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas.
