All well and good. But what matters is how we treat others in this life. We are commanded to love life, to hold human life sacred above all else, and to do until others as we would have others do unto us.

Omar's hate speech needs to be condemned by all Muslims. And Muslims should recognize the right of Israel to exist. Anything else is unacceptable. And if this were to happen, then we would no longer need to pray for peace, it would be peace in our time.

Jesus is not only a prophet and messenger of God, He is the Son of the Living God, He and His Father are One. Jesus is the one to whom all the prophets from John back referred to as the coming Messiah. No one comes to the Father except through his Son, Jesus is the way, the truth and the light. All of mankind without exception are despicable sinners in the sight of Almighty God who created all things. So despicable that God sent His only son Jesus to live a perfect, sinless life on earth and to fulfill the prophets. Jesus died upon the cross, rose again on the third day and ascended to heaven to intercede with the Father as a living sacrifice to pay for the sins of all who will accept him as Savior and Lord.

Christians are not perfect, we fail every day. So, every day I need the forgiveness of my sins that have been paid for with the blood of Jesus. “It is finished,” said Jesus as He died on the cross. That was it, the final culmination of the prophets’ messages. Nothing more had to be done for man to be saved except believe in Jesus.
