Can't carry into and not allowed to use your phone inside a polling place anyway, so there shouldn't be many texts.

Yes, that's a given in Texas, however in some States it's legal, my question is what happens if you randomly txt that to the throughout the day on Nov.6th?

That's what I was thinking too, wonder what it would take to crash their system

As amusing as that might be? I'd personally leave it be. As mentioned above, in Texas there should be zero carrying in polling places based on current law. The exception would be police officers and the election judge (if they have an LTC). As far as other states, if they wish to have a telephone line to report legal activity, by all means. Do they want to know the number of people who stop at red lights and stop signs as well?

Federal law prevents anyone within X feet from displaying a weapon of any kind of a polling station. I can't rememer for sure but I think it's soething like 100'.

LEO's of course being exempt but even they are not supposed to be AT the polling station standing around armed.

I will be sure to text them if I see a cop near a polling station in Texas.

The anti cop and anti gun forces have merged into the democratic party. They've been protesting over cops being around polling places for decades.
