Agreed. The nature of these accusation, even if true, should have very little bearing on his character and his ability to execute his future job in the Supreme Court. This was over 30 years ago. He was a teenager then. Things are very different then than they are now. The whole O'Rourke drunk driving thing was a bit tenuous at best for me (mid-20s for him was also decades ago) as an argument against his character, but this Kavanaugh thing is about as good as using bubble gum to keep freight train cars attached to each other.
