Yes as the marketplace is the best place to buy/sell stuff. I buy junk and fix it up. It never lasts long on FB marketplace.
2/26-Mailed paper app and packet.
5/20-Plastic in hand.
83 days mailbox to mailbox.

Hope you don't think facebook isn't mining data from your messenger chats and capitalizing on it.

well i dont think theyd be getting any data from my end. i have it set up where they come in as text messages on my phone so I don't even have the app installed. however on the other persons end with whom im talking, i assume theyre mining data. but to be honest they might be. I'm not sure.

If it goes through their Messenger system, they are mining data and selling it to companies that target ads at you.

a fruitless endeavor on their part. the only sites i ever visit are this site, netflix, NRA, and the site i buy ammo from. they'll be getting no ad revenue from me.

Cancelled FB tday. And they do mine data from text messages. That's what they do. I personally have no need for FB and used it once in 3 years. I had no friends, including family. I guess that says a lot about my character. On the other hand, there are bots mining data from this site but at least our names are not public.

I have no smart phone.

I laugh at people I see goggling at them everywhere. They are most certainly addictive. Plus, though I was reprimanded for saying so, I think those who text and drive are putting the public at a lethal risk and there should be the same penalty as dwi. Why am I so adamant about that? I know of deaths created by distracted, texting drivers. You know, like drunk driving...

Does logging on this forum help the left in some shape or form? I surely don't know...

I'm not technically savvy enough to know, but I do know I'm getting away from known (best I can anyway) leftist search engines like google.

If in the long run, participating on the internet can't but help...leftists, no matter what I do to stop helping them, then my internet days are numbered.

Perhaps, my participation in fun stuff like this forum helps some leftist in some way. If it does:

I wouldn't have the least feeling of loss if this was my last post.

Why not?

It's still new to me and something I can easily do without. I'm not addicted. If I could never sign on, whoopdeedo....

Though, I care that some would rather continue if it meant they'd have to have their remaining teeth pulled without anesthetic as a cost...sorry chums, the internet and all it's particulars, can easily not be part of my life...

Unfortunately, I am unable to maintain such myopic viewpoints. If I were to completely eliminate accessing the internet, which is pretty much what it would take to ensure no one with differing views benefitted from me, I would be out of business and would not be able to provide for my family in my current industry.

Maybe one day when I am a crusty old retired man I will be able to decide every issue on a black or white basis and take absolute stands based on my opinions and beliefs. Until then, I will do what I can to minimize and mitigate my the amount I benefit those I do not wish to benefit. Once I am able to complete unplug and withdraw from society, I'll do my best to do it without casting aspersions on others that are not able to likewise.

I’m still on Facebook.

I still fight with anti gunners.

I still get I unfriended.

I never put anything online I felt was confidential on Facebook.

I’m really more worried about here. Philip964 is not much of a cover. Google your name here and see how much there is on you.

I still get happy birthdays on my fake online birthday.

My private info was stolen three years ago with the Target credit card hack. People open credit cards in my name with the information that was stolen. Card companies seem to be wise to it now.

Sold my Facebook stock last August. Nice profit. It’s taken a hit recently.

Funny Obama’s campaign used the same data with Facebooks help in 2012 and both were congratulated, only difference here was it was for Trump this time. Oh no congressional investigation, maybe Special Council.

It's not just ad revenue they profit from. Check this out.
